Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

FC Badalona Women is built around clarity, trust, and community.

We want every experience with the club — on or off the pitch — to feel consistent, transparent, and respectful. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our official store.

1. Returns

We offer a 15-day return request window, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

·      Items must be unworn, unused, and with tags attached

·      Items must be returned in their original packaging

·      Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Important:

Returns must be sent to the assigned return address, which may differ from our registered business address depending on the fulfilment location.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

·      We will cover return shipping costs

·      A prepaid return label may be provided where applicable

Customer preference returns

Examples include:

·      Incorrect size selection

·      Change of mind

·      Preference-based exchanges

In these cases:

·      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

·      We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required under applicable law.

3. Print-on-Demand and Personalised Items

Personalised or print-on-demand items are made specifically for each order and are non-returnable except where:

·      The item is defective or damaged

·      The wrong item was received due to our error

These items cannot be returned for:

·      Size issues

·      Colour preference

·      Change of mind

To report an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:

·      Your order number

·      A description of the issue

·      Supporting photographs

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

·      Damaged

·      Defective

·      Incorrect

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

·      Personalised or custom-made products

·      Print-on-demand items (except as stated above)

·      Gift cards

·      Personal care products for hygiene reasons

·      Hazardous materials

Sale items may only be returned if required under applicable consumer law.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

1.        Return the original item

2.        Place a new order

7. European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Conditions:

·      Items must be unused and in original condition

·      Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to:

·      Personalised or custom-made products

·      Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

·      You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected

·      Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Timing:

·      Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days

·      Bank processing times may vary

Important:

·      Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law

·      If a return is rejected, the item may be returned to you at your expense

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

9. Return Address & Processing

Returns must be sent to the location specified in the return instructions.

Do not send returns to our registered business address unless instructed.
